Ray Estorga, founder and CEO of Under the Sea, Inc., has been passionately serving water features for the past 28 years all over Southern California. As a young company, Ray started installing and servicing interior water features. A few years later he ascertained his California Contractors License. Currently he is involved in all aspects of landscape, concrete, water features, and decorative concrete.
